Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is placed and payment is completed on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately. If you do not receive this email, please contact us right away. You can also visit your Member Center to view detailed information about your order status.

We aim to ship your package within 24 hours. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 48 hours, including the tracking number to monitor your package. Please allow 7-20 days for delivery.

We guarantee delivery. If your package is lost, we will reship it at no additional cost to you.
